If you love the simplicity of a Village , Mud floors , Chirping of Birds through out the day , Cottage Surrounded by Farming , Then this is the place to be . I was there with my Family for 2 days & we all loved it forgetting about our daily Routine.My family enjoyed the stay .Rooms are clean ,neat and well maintained The food is very good and prepared as per your tastes.The owners takes care of almost everything and gives u a feeling of family envi.ronment. We visited this place in Feb 2022 and had an incredible experience. The hosts are very nice and hospitable. The rooms are good and hygienic. They also have other attractions like boat ride on koyna backwaters(Must Try) & kayaking. Food here is home cooked and tastes amazing. Meals provided were good in both quantity and quality. Loved the strawberry and cream, chicken barbeque and strawberry milkshake. They have their own strawberry farm and u can buy strawberries at a very minimal rate. All in all an incredible experience. Will definitely visit this place again and recommend it to others as well.

It was a mesmerising stay at Sakha Niwas, so quite, calm and serene place to stay. Vijay ji was friendly and cooperative that we didn’t feel any hassle in our stay. Rooms were hygienic and clean. Highlight was the BBQ and the food, we all loved it. On behalf of our Riding Club, I would like to thank everyone in Sakha Niwas for this wonderful stay with Nature

I visited Sakha Niwas on December 27 - 2021 for two night stay.Our experience was excellent.We found the room was very clean and spacious. We had our delicious lunch. We did kayaking ,swimming.Apart from great food, they made us very comfortable and provided homely atmosphere. The resort is beautiful and the owner are extraordinary helpful. I would like to mention special thanks to Ashish who never got tired by fulfilling our hundreds of demands. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, phone and internet free world and enjoyable holiday, I would recommend Sakha Niwas to you without any doubt. We will surely come back. Thank you
